Daniel Alves says Barcelona are not worried by the prospect of facing an improved Real Madrid next season.

With big-name signings being linked with Real, Alves declared: "I have no doubt that Barcelona has the best players in world football. Some are above others, we play football in a different way.

"If I had joined Madrid instead of Barca, I will not be playing with the best in the world. The best are at Barca.

"Kaka (AC Milan) and Cristiano Ronaldo (Manchester United) could also fit very well in Barcelona. It is difficult to play in similar positions. There is nothing impossible in football, although I think Kaka is happy at Milan. I do not know if he wants to go there (Real Madrid)."
