And Alves has had a big influence on the turnaround as he's become closer to Neymar through the Brazil national squad. They share the same hotel room, eat together and socialise while on tour.
Indeed, before Barca's Super Copa clash with Real last month, Neymar tweeted: "Good luck, brother ..."
