Daniel Alves is key to PSG's stunning move for Barcelona star Neymar.

It's been claimed in Brazil that Neymar has accepted an offer to sign for PSG - so long as they meet his €222m buyout clause this summer.

Recently appointed sporting director Antero Henrique convinced Neymar about moving to Paris by assuring him he would be their 'new Zlatan', enjoying the status of former player Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

A team would be built around Neymar that would help him win the Ballon d'Or - an on-field status which would match his new €30m salary.

But the critical factor is the presence of good friend and former Barca teammate Daniel Alves in Paris.

PSG powerbrokers are scheduled to meet with Neymar's father, who is currently in Spain, this week.
