The News of the World says Dalglish will not be allowed to follow the Rafa Benitez mould when he finally becomes permanent Liverpool manager as the club want a collective form of management.

Fenway Sports Group have made clear they wish to put in place a more collective type of management to govern Liverpool.

Dalglish will have to work with football chief Damien Comolli, who was granted a promotion and more powers last month.
