Liverpool legend Kenny Dalglish insists Pepe Reina isn't going backwards.

Reina hasn't been at his best this season, but Dalglish wrote in the Sunday Mirror: "Pepe Reina hasn't been happy with the way he's playing, but he's still a fantastic keeper and he made a great save the other night against Udinese, so that will do him the world of good.

"And anything Liverpool's players can get like that, in terms of giving them confidence and belief, can only be beneficial to them."
