Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish says the current challenge betters his time at Blackburn Rovers and previous spell in charge at Anfield.
Dalglish, now 59, believes the current Anfield job outdoes the lot - because he understands exactly what it means this time around.
He insisted: "It is the best because it is Liverpool Football Club. The first time was brilliant but this time is even better.
"Honestly, for me, it is the best job I've ever been offered, so that will do me. It is very seldom you get a job and are fortunate enough to have most things in place, and I wasn't going to turn that down.
"I was only a baby when I was in charge last time. Now I'm a grandad, so I was running out of time - for me, coming in here was the best offer I have had in my life."
