Liverpool legend Kenny Dalglish is confident Luis Suarez will stay beyond the January market.

Dalglish has returned to Anfield in recent weeks and is confident Suarez will be sticking around.

"There will be speculation about Luis Suarez leaving the Reds. There always is. But I don't think he's going anywhere," he wrote in the Mirror.

"He's thriving in this Liverpool team and everyone at Anfield knows he is crucial to ­maintaining a challenge."
