Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish claims both of Everton's strikes in the 2-2 draw at Anfield were down to lax decisions by officials. The Reds were deservedly winning 1-0 at the break but fell behind to two quick second half goals.
According to the Scot the first goal should have been a goal kick to Liverpool and in the build up to Everton's second a Reds player was fouled and injured.
"The luck has not gone for us at certain moments," he told ESPN. "It's a blatant goal kick for the first one - but we should still be able to defend the corner - and it's a blatant free-kick for the second one as well."
After the match, which saw Dirk Kuyt's penalty rescue a point for Liverpool, Dalglish says he planned to hold talks with the club's owners, John Henry and Tom Werner over transfer plans.
"I don't have a clue [on transfers] - John and Tom are good people. I'm sure we'll sit down and talk, and whether it'll involve transfers, I don't know," Dalglish said. "If there's money available, fine, if there's not, then I would have taken the job if offered this set of players - so if we have to plod on, we plod on. If there's going to be someone coming in it's got to be better than what we've got, and there's a few good ones here."
