Daley Blind plays his way into Man Utd boss Mourinho's long-term plans

Daley Blind has played his way into Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho's long-term plans.

The Manchester Evening News says Blind, Eric Bailly and Alex Tuanzebe are all safe at United despite Victor Lindelof's arrival this week.

Instead, it is Phil Jones and Chris Smalling who should be fearful of their Old Trafford careers.

Lindelof is set to agree a £35m transfer to United by Wednesday.

It means there will be fierce competition for the two centre-back spots at United.

And the report claims Axel Tuanzebe has done enough to prove he can mature at Old Trafford, while Blind and Bailly won't be offloaded.
