Eugene Dadi has returned to Perth Glory early after having a falling out with FC Vaduz coach Pierre Littbarski.
The Glory striker left the Liechtenstein-based Swiss Super League club a month earlier than expected after being suspended by the coach for warming up during a match whilst on the subs bench.
"Unfortunately, I found out the next day that Littbarski didn't appreciate it, so he suspended me for two days," Dadi said.
The Ivorian also added that it was difficult playing in a struggling team.
"It wasn't really what I expected," he added.
"Things were difficult - the way we were playing. We were not good enough and it was a frustrating time."
Although it did not work out, Glory coach Dave Mitchell was glad to have his number one striker back in town.
"I believe he had a bit of a problem over there but it's not my issue," Mitchell said.
"I know the player and the person.
"We've got a long time in preseason and it's probably better for the team that he's back early."
