Barcelona star Neymar has rejected an offer from PSG.

Sport says Neymar's father has turned down Paris Saint-Germain's offer and told their Qatari owners that there's no intention to leave Barcelona.

PSG have never been given reason to raise their hopes by Neymar Sr, as was the case with Manchester United last summer, who also would have paid the forward's release clause.

Both times, as on the occasions when Real Madrid's Florentino Perez made a move, Neymar's father has always been honest and informed Barcelona.

PSG's intentions were to make the player the best paid player in the world in an operation which would total over 500 million euros, including the 190 million euro release clause.
