The father of Ricky Alvarez says Inter Milan have won their FIFA transfer case against Sunderland.
The two took their complaint to FIFA over confusion of which club owns Alvarez's registration.
“Ricky had a contract with Inter, but FIFA accepted their appeal, so in December when the market for free agents opens he'll be available to negotiate with any club," Carlos Alvarez told Diario Hoy.
“Ricky was training with Velez Sarsfield with Russo in charge, but the situation changed when Basedas took over because the club decided to focus on its own youth academy."
