Arsenal striker Joel Campbell is open to extending his loan with Real Betis.

Betis want to hang onto the Costa Rica international into next season.

Dad Humberto, who is also Campbell's agent, said: "Staying at Betis for the upcoming season appears to be a good idea, as it would allow the boy to grow and mature further.

"Joel is very happy at Betis, is living right in the city and is improving significantly. Against Real Valladolid he played great."
