Valencia winger Juan Mata is keen on a move to England.
Arsenal are favourites ahead of Tottenham for the Spain international.
Mata's agent is his father, Juan Mata Senior, who is convinced his son will prosper in the Premier League.
He said: "Juan is a wanted man in England. A number of clubs are after him, but he will want to play in the Champions League. I am sure he will do well in England."
