The father of Barcelona midfielder Thiago Alcantara has dismissed interest from AC Milan.

Milan are eyeing Thiago as they seek to rebuild their decimated squad.

"Thiago stays at Barca. Milan has not made any proposal for Thiago. Thiago has a contract until 2015, hopefully he can continue many years at the club and finish his career with Barcelona.

"At Barcelona Thiago is treated very well," said father, Mazinho.
