The father of Saul Niguez has reacted to talk of Manchester United and Arsenal bidding for the Atletico Madrid midfielder.

United have been linked with Saul this week, while it's emerged he was on his way to Arsenal before Atleti teammate Tiago broke down.

Saul's father has confirmed his contract carries a buyout clause, but he isn't seeking a move away.

He told Radio Cope: "The clause is set at €45 million.

"But now the boy is happy at the club and does not want to leave. He has gained confidence."
