Dad can't see Fenerbahce's Reto Ziegler returning to Juventus

Reto Ziegler's father has cast doubt on his return to Juventus.

The Switzerland midfielder is currently on-loan at Fenerbahce.

“I don’t know about a possible return to Juventus, these things have nothing to do with me,” Rene Ziegler told TMW.

“He joined Juventus because [previous boss Gigi] Del Neri and [sporting director Fabio] Paratici wanted him. Then Conte arrived and made it clear that he wasn’t part of the plan.

“I don’t think that there is any space for him at Juventus. Giorgio Chiellini is a monument there, then they have Stephan Lichtsteiner and Martin Caceres too.”
