D'Amico: Napoli could keep Ghoulam - but they'll survive if he leaves

Football powerbroker Andrea D'Amico is convinced Faouzi Ghoulam will stay with Napoli.

Off contract in June, the fullback is being linked with a move to England, where Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool are all keen.

But D'Amico, who has worked with Ghoulam, told Radio Marte: "(Cristiano) Giuntoli and the president are very good at solving these issues, there are contractual controversies to which the president is now accustomed, I think he will solve everything for the better.

"Ghoulam is good but to be important is the collective, we saw this with (Gonzalo) Higuain leaving, big clubs survive losing great players."
