Jason Culina almost certainly drew the curtain on his career in Holland after playing his last game for PSV Eindhoven on the weekend.

The Socceroo has signed with new A-League club Gold Coast United and will join up with his teammates for pre-season training in the coming weeks after the Dutch Eredivisie season ended.

Culina helped PSV claim a berth in next season's inaugural Europa League by defeating Willem II Tilburg 3-0.

The midfielder is set to become captain and marquee player of the new franchise.
