Former West Ham United boss Alan Curbishley is impressed by Swansea City manager Michael Laudrup.
The Dane is in his second season at the Liberty.
"I admire coaches from the younger generation too, like Pep Guardiola, because of what he did at Barcelona and what he is doing now at Bayern.
"And Laudrup is doing a good job at a smaller team like Swansea. They definitely have what it takes to continue at the top and be successful for a long time," Curbishley told the South Wales Echo.
