Former West Ham United boss Alan Pardew is unimpressed by Manchester United's failed bid for Everton pair Leighton Baines and Marouane Fellaini today.
Curbishley has accused United boss David Moyes of penny pinching after his £28m joint bid for Everton duo Fellaini and Baines.
He told Sky Sports Radio: "I'm surprised by the figure, I think David still thinks he's at Everton, penny pinching and trying to nick players.
"I can't see how he thinks he could get those two players for that money."
