Despite his lack of minutes, Carlos Cuellar has no regrets quitting Rangers for Aston Villa in the summer.

The former Osasuna captain told AS: "The experience is wonderful in all respects. Football is experienced here in a very special way, very impressive. The stadiums are always full, people will not stop clapping, they never boo, the support is continuous and total.

"And the treatment of the players by the clubs is spectacular: they take care of everything."
