CSKA Moscow continue tirade against Man City's Toure

CSKA Moscow have continued their tirade against Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure.

Toure has been accused of lying about being racially abused in Moscow - as revenge for Russia beating England in the race to host the 2018 World Cup.

CSKA have since been punished by UEFA for the behaviour of their fans.

But club managing director Roman Babaev told The Sun: "The mood of vengeance among the English for having lost out to Russia influenced the case.

"After the match the British journalists encouraged Yaya Toure and other Manchester City players to expand on the theme.

"The English just can't accept they lost to our country in a fair fight. We don't believe racist behaviour by our fans has been proven."
