Crystal Palace won't take action against the fan who sought to confront Damien Delaney during defeat to Sunderland.

The Daily Mail says Palace have decided not to take any action against the fan who made it on to the pitch.

A Palace spokesman said: "A supporter was arrested so we will allow the legal process to take place.

"We have robust stewarding at Selhurst Park and the one incident from Saturday is being dealt with by the authorities."
