Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha scores in first Ivory Coast start

Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha has scored on his first start for Ivory Coast.

Zaha marked his first Ivory Coast start with a goal in his nation's 3-0 victory over Uganda this afternoon.

The 24-year-old has made an impressive start to his Ivory Coast career ahead of the start of the Africa Cup of Nations 2017.

Michel Dussuyer's side eased past their opponents in their final warm-up match before the tournament begins with Zaha netting his side's second goal courtesy of a composed finish.

Aston Villa striker Jonathan Kodjia and Paris Saint Germain defender Serge Aurier were also on target for the Elephants, who are set to face DR Congo, Morocco and Togo in Group C.
