Crystal Palace are eyeing Sunderland fullback Patrick van Aanholt.

The Sun says Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew needs a left-back with Pape Souare a long-term absentee after his car crash and hopes to agree a £1.5million deal.

Palace have also looked at Schalke's Sead Kolasinac, 23, but are aware Liverpool and Manchester City are also keeping tabs on the Bosnian.

V an Aanholt, 26, is on the Eagles' radar but Sunderland will be reluctant to sell the Dutchman.
