Crystal Palace trials for Hemel Hempstead Town midfielder Kai Stonnell

Crystal Palace have handed trials to Hemel Hempstead Town midfielder Kai Stonnell.

The Croydon Advertiser says Stonnell has been given the chance to impress with the Eagles, having been involved in the squad for several National League South squads with the Tudors this season.

Stonnell joined the Tudors academy in July and made his first team debut earlier this season away at Hungerford Town, making him one of six teenage debutants for Hemel Hempstead this season.

The Tudors recently wished Stonnell well for his trial, and thanked Palace for their "professional and respectful" approach.
