Crystal Palace have expressed an interest in signing Arsenal right-back Carl Jenkinson on a permanent deal, according to the Daily Express.

Palace manager Sam Allardyce is a fan of the 24-year-old having already managed him during the player's loan spell at West Ham United.

The 24-year-old has failed to convince Arsene Wenger following his return from a long-term injury.

Jenskinson has spent most of the last two seasons on loan spells, and it appears that his future lies away from the Emirates Stadium.
