Crystal Palace could lose youth prospect Mandela Egbo to Germany.

According to the Daily Mail, the 17-year old defender is being lured away from south London by Borussia Monchengladbach after the Eagles failed to convince him his future lies at Selhurst Park.

Egbo's scholarship deal is set to expire and thus far, Palace have been unable to tie him down to a proper contract.

It is believed that if the right-back does happen to leave the club, Palace will be due compensation of around €300,000 for the U21 ace who joined the club as an 11-year old.
