Crystal Palace and Swansea City are chasing Fenerbahce defender Gregory van der Wiel.

The 29-year-old came through the ranks at Ajax and played for five years in Amsterdam, where he worked with Eagles boss Frank de Boer.

The Dutch international then spent four years in the French capital with Paris St Germain, before making the switch to Fenerbahce in 2016.

But while he has been linked with Palace, it is also now being reported in Turkey that van der Wiel is also attracting attention from Swansea City, says the Croydon Advertiser.
