Crystal Palace snap up Hull’s McShane on loan

Crystal Palace have signed Hull City defender Paul McShane on loan.

The 26-year old Republic of Ireland international will set up camp at Selhurst Park for the next month and will go straight into the squad for tomorrow’s clash with Leeds United.

"Crystal Palace Football Club have signed defender Paul McShane on loan from Hull City, " read a statement on the club's official website.

"The 26-year-old will be with us through until February 18th.

"The versatile defender can play at right-back or in central defence and on the international scene has made 12 caps for the Republic of Ireland.

"He has been signed in time to be available for this weekend's game against Leeds United."
