New Crystal Palace signing Nya Kirby is starring with England U17.

The Croydon Advertiser reports Kirby has played his part this week in helping England U17s finish second in their Algarve Cup group.

The teenager started against host nation Portugal and played 45 minutes as England lost out 1-0, before playing 70 minutes against Germany on Sunday in a 3-2 win for the Three Lions.

England then played against Holland (yesterday) Tuesday and won 1-0 to finish second in their group, behind Portugal but ahead of Germany and Holland.
