Scotland will be without James McArthur for this weekend's Euro2016 qualifier against the Republic of Ireland.
The 27-year old Crystal Palace midfielder sustained a calf injury during national team training and will now be unavailable for Friday night's Group D meeting with the Irish at Celtic Park.
Gordon Strachan's side has already seen the withdrawal of Stoke City defender Phil Bardsley and Derby County forward Craig Bryson and will now have to cope with the absence of key mid McArthur.
Scotland currently sit fourth on the group table with four points from three matches while Ireland are second with seven points from their treble of outings.
