Crystal Palace are making a late move for Liverpool midfielder Marko Grujic.

The Daily Mail says Palace have made a late bid to sign Grujic on loan from Liverpool.

Cardiff City have held talks with the Reds about re-signing the Serbia international midfielder on loan.

The 22-year-old joined the Welsh club in January and played 14 times as they secured promotion to the Premier League.

Liverpool are thought to be open to the idea of the Serbia international returning to the Cardiff City Stadium for a second spell.

Grujic has made eight substitute appearances in the Premier League for Liverpool since joining from Red Star Belgrade in a £5million deal in 2016.
