Crystal Palace assistant manager Keith Millen admits they will probably have to bring in another striker, following the long-term injury to Connor Wickham.

Wickham looks set to be out of action until next summer after suffering an anterior cruciate injury at Swansea City on Saturday.

"Loic is getting there, he's not back in full training yet but he's in better shape," Millen told the Croydon Advertiser.

"He will be fit and available by January I think. But it does leave us one short after Connor's injury.

"January is always very difficult in the market for centre-forwards, so it is probably something we will probably look at."
