Crystal Palace assistant manager Ray Lewington admits Nya Kirby has impressed management.

The 18-year-old was the only player to complete the full 90 minutes in Denmark, with the Eagles drawing 2-2 with FC Helsingør.

"He has great potential, he is really good on the ball and represents England at youth level, and he is a good prospect," he told eagles.cpfc.co.uk.

"He probably found it a little bit faster than he is used to, but he did well."

Lewington added: "At the moment, you've just got to get the foundation of good fitness level before anything else. So long as everyone comes through uninjured, that's really what it is all about."
