Crystal Palace moving for free agent Mathieu Flamini

Crystal Palace are moving for free agent Mathieu Flamini.

The Mirror says Palace boss Alan Pardew missed out on a loan deal for Jack Wilshere but is now going for 32-year-old free agent Flamini.

There are several clubs keen on France international Flamini with Roma, AC Milan and Olympiakos also interested.

Palace sold Mile Jedinak to Aston Villa but failed to replace him despite moves for James McCarthy and Tomas Rincon while they could not afford Moussa Sissoko, who joined Tottenham.

Palace have one place left in their Premier League squad and could do Flamini because he is unattached after leaving Arsenal at the end of the season.
