Wayne Hennessey believes Wales are capable of springing some surprises at next year's European Championships.
The Dragons progressed their first major tournament since 1958 when finishing second behind Belgium in Group B of Euro2016 qualifying.
During the campaign, the Welsh drew 0-0 with Belgium away, defeated Israel 3-0 on the road and beat the Belgians 1-0 at home, and goalkeeper Hennessey feels there can be similar upsets in France next summer.
"Hopefully we can surprise a few people," said the Crystal Palace gloveman.
"If we play like we can we will do well. We'll probably be written off but that's a challenge for us and we have what it takes to prove people wrong.
"We've shown we can keep clean sheets and that can take you a long way in tournament football.
"I'll take the clean sheets and let the other boys do their thing."
