Crystal Palace join Millwall, Fulham tracking Sittingbourne defender Lex Allan

Sittingbourne defender Lex Allan is attracting Premier League interest.

The Croydon Advertiser says Crystal Palace are reportedly interested in signing a 6ft 7ins defender from non-league, but face competition from Millwall and Fulham.

Allan has shone so far this season for Sittingbourne in the Isthmian League Division One South, and trained with Millwall last week.

But his manager at the Kent side, Nick Davis, has said that other clubs, including Palace, are interested in the teenager, who joined Sittingbourne from park football this summer.

Davis says Allan could go to a professional club and play in their U23s, but that he feels he must walk before he can run.
