Crystal Palace striker Christian Benteke has vowed to return better next season after a disappointing 2017/18 campaign.

The Belgian, who managed just three goals across the term, has been linked with a move away from Selhurst Park.

But he's determined to return stronger next season.

"It's my first time since when I'm in England, it's my first season where I don't score like I wanted to score, but that's part of football," the striker said.

"It's part of the toughness of the Premier League, so I just want to rest myself and go again."
