The Frenchman says he has enjoyed working with the former England boss, along with many other players in the squad.
"I think he is a really good manager with a lot of experience," he said, speaking to the national media in association with his charity AMSAK.
"I think he brings all his experience to the team and he is really close to the players. He always talks with us and he is really important for the players.
"For me, I am really happy to work with him and when he came, the team was at the bottom, and now we finished 11th, so that is really good."
