Crystal Palace are closing on a deal for West Brom striker Saido Berahino.

The Sun says the Eagles have turned their attention to the West Brom striker after their £30million move for Liverpool's Christian Benteke hit the buffers.

The Kop flop is stalling on a switch to Selhurst Park, despite being offered wages of £130,000 a week.

So the south Londoners are stepping up their efforts to bring in Berahino.

Stoke are also interested in the former England Under-21 star, who was furious with West Brom for blocking his move to Tottenham last summer.

But he may get to move to a London club this year with Palace.
