Brighton midfielder Liam Bridcutt has seen a bid from Crystal Palace turned down.
The Daily Mail says Palace have had a £1.75million bid for Bridcutt turned down.
The Scotland international midfielder has told his club he wants to quit the Championship for a chance to play in the Premier League.
Bridcutt has made his name as a holding midfielder on the south coast after leaving Chelsea.
Palace have also enquired about Brighton striker Leonardo Ulloa.
