Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock is hoping he can entice key duo Shaun Derry and Clint Hill to remain at the club.
The pairs current contracts expire at the end of the season and Warnock is keen to tie them up with contract extensions and keep them at Selhurst Park for the near future.
"I'd love Clint and Shaun to stay, they are both out of contract in the summer but we will definitely be talking at Christmas," he said.
Skipper and midfielder Derry has been in brilliant recent form for the Eagles whilst Hill has been performing solidly at left-back.
