Dougie Freedman believes Wilfried Zaha will improve more as a player if he remains with Crystal Palace.
The 19-year old dazzler is being linked with a Selhurst Park departure as plenty of Premier League clubs show interest but manager Freedman is confident the player will not get too carried away with the speculation after recently signing a long-term deal with the Eagles.
"Wilfried's got a five-year contract and as far as I can see he's going nowhere right now," said Freedman.
"If the right club approaches myself then I'll talk to the chairman.
"If enough money is put in front of the chairman then he'll decide. It's as simple as that.
"Wilfried's got a long way to go. He's a young player learning his trade and I think there's no better place right now than Crystal Palace to learn it."
