Crystal Palace boss Sam Allardyce says he's disappointed young English coaches aren't getting opportunities.
In the Premier League, there are just SIX Englishman in charge, including one as caretaker.
"I think that we live in an ever-changing world and certainly in football with the emphasis on England managers has been overlooked by the fact that most clubs are owned by foreign investors now, which means it's not really important to them to employ an Englishman or a British manager," said Allardyce
"So it's a great shame for all managers in lower leagues who are striving to do the best they possibly can but never really see the light at the end of the tunnel anymore because barely they will get a chance to get up into the Premier League.
"That's a great shame for me because if you look at other countries throughout Europe it doesn't work like that."
