Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew admits he's trying to shake up Wilfried Zaha.
Pardew admits he is still working on the former Manchester United man's inconsistency.
He said: "Sometimes players need a nudge about consistency and a level of performance that needs to be guaranteed.
"Going past people and making something happen - that's always going to be his nine out of ten.
"There's not many players in the country that are quite as good as Wilf at taking somebody on.
"Because I think the same with Yannick [Bolasie] and with all wide players.
"I look at Eden Hazard at the minute at Chelsea and suggest that maybe he needs a nudge.
"They just sometimes need a little bit of a wake-up call about everything to do with football - it isn't just the offensive side."
