Inter Milan defender Davide Santon is being linked with a surprise return to England.

Santon only moved to Inter in January from Newcastle United.

But Sportmediaset says the Italy international is being lined up for a Premier League return by Crystal Palace.

Former Toon boss Alan Pardew is now in charge of Palace and hopes for a reunion with Santon.

The defender managed nine appearances for Inter last season.
