Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew rates this season the best of his career.

Pardew quit Newcastle United in the New Year to return to Palace.

"I think this is my best season," Pardew said.

"The home win against Manchester City was a highpoint, in terms of the atmosphere.

"I experienced some nights like that as a player. And I was here for the Liverpool game last year; the atmosphere we create against bigger teams is unique.

"I've got a chance of getting 57 points if we win on Sunday and that's a good achievement over the two clubs."
