Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew expects Slaven Bilic to turn things around at West Ham.

Bilic has the support of co-chairmen David Sullivan and David Gold but knows results need to improve fast.

“I have no doubt he will get it right sooner rather than later," said Palace manager Pardew. “It is part of the managerial role we have that everything is centered on the results.

"Sometimes all the stuff that goes on around them makes it difficult to get those results. But he is experienced so will know how to deal with it.

“I do not consider him under pressure. He has just had two or three results that have not gone very well. These days people are so quick to jump on managers. All he can do is the best job he can.

“The manager is top class and so are the players. It is just a question of them getting a right result and kicking on from there."
